We are now looking for an experienced IT Security Technician who wants to contribute to the operation, maintenance, and further development of advanced network and security solutions in a complex and business-critical environment.

In this role, you will be an important part of a team responsible for the operation and development of network and firewall infrastructure. You will work operationally with monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and security-related activities to ensure high availability and robust solutions.

You will also participate in installations, configurations, and change management in complex network environments where technical expertise and analytical skills are crucial.

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure

• Troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving in complex environments

• Configuration and administration of network equipment and firewalls

• Installation and implementation of new technical solutions

• Technical analysis and advisory within networking and IT security

• Documentation of solutions, changes, and procedures

• Collaboration with other technical teams to ensure secure and efficient deliveries

• Work with modern monitoring and management tools such as Splunk, as well as products from Cisco and Check Point

• At least 3 years of experience as a network technician or in network operations

• Experience in configuring and operating network products and/or firewalls from Cisco or Check Point

• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management in network and security environments

• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Experience from large and complex IT environments

• Experience from security-classified operations or businesses with high information security requirements

• Experience working with societal critical systems and infrastructures

For this assignment, a security clearance with background check will be conducted before the start of the assignment. A security protection agreement may also become relevant. Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the security classification.
